Our accommodation units are situated in the serene Northern Suburbs of Bloemfontein. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, our location offers a peaceful escape while remaining exceptionally convenient. We are just minutes away from the N1, local schools, hospitals, the university, and shopping malls.
Guests enjoy peace of mind with secure communal parking. This leads to the three units which features a private entrance and a dedicated, enclosed outdoor area for your exclusive use.

Our most spacious offering, The Shire is designed for families who value privacy and style. The unit features a separate, full bathroom (shower, toilet, and basin) and a fully equipped kitchen with a small scullery.
- Unique Sleeping Arrangements: The living area includes two comfortable single beds tucked behind a privacy curtain, plus a charming “child-friendly” loft (1.4m ceiling) with an additional bed.

Guest Policies
Pet-Friendly Stays
We understand that pets are part of the family! Your furry friends are welcome to stay with us by prior arrangement. To ensure a seamless experience for all our guests, please take note of the following:
- Best Units for Pets: While we are pet-friendly, Misty Mountain and The Shire are our recommended units. Both feature private, fenced-in patches of grass, providing a safe and comfortable space for your pets to roam.
- Communal Areas: For the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly ask that pets remain on a leash when moving through communal areas, while other guests are present. Once inside your unit’s private outdoor area, they are free to roam as they please.
- Pet Stay Fee: To maintain our high standards, we follow a rigorous cleaning protocol after every pet stay. This involves dedicated products and extra time to ensure the unit is perfectly sanitized and allergen-free for our next guests. An additional pet fee will be charged to cover these specialized services.
Smoking Policy
To ensure a fresh environment for everyone, all our indoor units are non-smoking. However, for your convenience, all private outside areas are equipped with ashtrays. We kindly ask that you use these designated areas for smoking.
